Course fee structure:

For the first time ever and following popular demand the course is now available in an online, virtual format as well as in person at our Pilates Centre, near Alicante, Spain. And we have ONE HUGE BONUS for this year's intake as well - the retreat style format. This consists of 8 days (7 nights) of intensive training. Each retreat includes accommodation with breakfast, plenty of practice time, lots of coaching and a few surprises…

Program & Structure

After completion of all Modules in each level you will then start practicing in ‘real life’ and complete the standard teaching, observation and practice hours required to receive your official AHA Comprehensive Teacher Certificate and your 3rd Generation Pilates Teacher title. The title ‘Comprehensive Pilates Teacher’ will not be given until you have completed all 600 hours in the program, but you can start teaching straight after you finish Studio I to adequate clients.

Whenever you feel ready, you may take your practical exam at our location or at a host location of your choice*. We will do our best to assist you with finding the right testing location.

* Online testing is not recommended, but can be discussed on a case-to-case basis

Travel Information

DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU COME FROM, YOU MIGHT NEED A VISA. PLEASE CHECK THESE REQUIREMENT WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS TO SPAIN.

You will be responsible for your own flights and travel arrangements from /to the retreat locations, but we will be happy to help arrange local transfers between the airport and retreat venues.

The first day of the retreat is the arrival day and we will meet for a welcome introduction and dinner by 7pm. The last day is the departure day with the course finishing around 5pm. Please arrange your flights accordingly. If you need to spend an extra night with us at the beginning or end of your trip, let us know.

You will have to attend the full retreat in order to be eligible for a completion certificate and once you complete your hours you would be able to obtain your Level Certificate.

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance as we cannot be held responsible for any travel restrictions or cancelled / delayed flights. Always check your passport’s validity and whether or not you require a visa.

We don’t believe that Pilates is an exercise form that can be taught in a week. However, we know that signing up to a training course spanning at least one year can be logistically challenging. By teaching all the required course modules for the AHA Comprehensive course in three intensive retreats, we want to help facilitate those that might not be able to start this journey otherwise. We see our retreat courses not as a shortcut, but rather as a intensive step towards a serious and self-responsible learning experience.
